1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Parker Fence Pros website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Parker Fence Pros provides fence installation, repair, and related services in Parker, Colorado, and surrounding areas. All estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.

3. User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for securing necessary HOA approvals and clearing the fence line of personal property before installation begins. While we assist with utility locates, the property owner is responsible for identifying private underground lines (e.g., sprinkler systems, private lighting).

4. Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship and address installation-related issues that come up after your project. Materials are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which we review with you before work begins. Normal wear and tear, acts of God, and extreme weather events (including severe wind and hail) are generally not covered.

5. Limitation of Liability

Parker Fence Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
